Because I love this show ridiculously much and it was watching Tripod clips basically non-stop for a full weekend that finally got me out of a months long depressive streak and got me motivated enough to get the drawing tablet out. Thanks, guys.
The design for the dragon is by the wonderful bug-in-my-eye, used with her permission. Isn't it amazing?
The tree on Gatesy's chest is meant to be a dragon tree (which does bleed red when cut), the thing on Scod's belt is a D20 and the markings on the staff read "And by your sword a branch came down". Because.... mainly because drawing this took me way too long and I kept thinking of more things to add in. Gatesy's cloak is red because my wife insisted on it being red in reference to St George the dragon-slayer.
